Return & Exchange

There are two types of refunds, a full refund including the shipping fee (applies to items that get damaged during delivery) and a refund that excludes the shipping fee (a return due to Misc customer reasons).

Refunds excluding shipping fees:

To be eligible for a refund excluding the shipping fee, your item must be returned back to Tanorici unused, sealed and in the same condition that it was received in. It must also be in the original packaging.

Upon verifying your proof of purchase, you will receive a full refund excluding the shipping fee.  You will be responsible for the shipping fee to ship the undamaged item back to our company. You are responsible for the shipping fee because you are returning the item for Misc reasons and not due to damage. We will inspect the item and give the refund accordingly.  If the item is damaged, please refer to our "Refunds including the shipping fee" below.

Refunds including the shipping fee:

We will replace a damaged item and we will pay for the new item to be shipped back to the customer or give a full refund including the shipping fee if the customer doesn't want an exchange.  Send us some proof to that the item(s) were damaged during shipping and we will proceed with the full refund including the shipping fee immediately.

Return procedure:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again
then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.  If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please us the "contact us" at the bottom of our website or write an email to:


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.  If you are shipping item(s) over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
